“Very truly, I tell you, the one who believes in me will also do the works that I do and, in fact, will do greater works than these, because I am going to the Father. I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If in my name you ask me for anything, I will do it.”

Can you imagine what the Last Supper was like? Imaging the disciples at that particular time is like reflecting on us. They hadn’t seen his death and resurrection yet. They had to have faith and I am sure they didn’t understand. The disciples had a tremendously difficult job, perhaps only made easier to a sincere dedication of spreading the news.

When we are young and I am sure even now we want to be like our Father, we emulate him, We develop his mannerisms. We do have to emulate what Jesus wants from us; to seek him, and to love him. We have that love through baptism and the other tremendous sacraments. Believe!!!
